2026 Tropical Terrarium Workshops

Workshop Reschedule Policy:

• Attendees may reschedule their workshop to a future date, up to one time. Rescheduled date must be within one year of original purchase and cannot be applied towards other items or services.
• Reschedule requests may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled event date.
• If the workshop is within 72 hours, we cannot reschedule to a different date as floral product has already been purchased and allocated. In this event, guests may elect to receive a composition of equivalent value to the one created during the workshop, for pick up or local delivery within 48hrs.
• Requests received after the workshop begins, or anytime after, will not be honored.

Weather/Acts of Nature Cancellation Policy:

• In the rare event that a workshop must be postponed or rescheduled due to weather or other acts of nature, guests will be given the option to move to the rescheduled date or move to another offered date throughout the year. Alternatively, guests may receive a store credit, for the amount of the workshop, to be used at their convenience for any applicable Le Jardin Français service or product.
